Epaderm Junior Cream – 150 g is a gentle, dermatologist-developed emollient cream formulated specifically for children’s delicate skin, including babies, toddlers and older children with dry, sensitive, eczema-prone or dermatitis-affected skin. It helps moisturise, soften and protect the skin by creating a breathable barrier that reduces moisture loss, soothes irritation and supports the skin’s natural repair.

This dual-action emollient can also be used as a soap substitute, making it ideal for both daily moisturisation and gentle cleansing without stripping essential oils from the skin — an important consideration in managing dry skin conditions.

The formula is fragrance-free, colour-free and free from sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS), reducing the risk of irritation for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

Before First Use: Remove cap and depress pump head until cream is dispensed (if a pump bottle) or squeeze tube gently.

Moisturiser Application: Apply generously and frequently to affected areas — especially after bathing or washing — and massage gently into the skin.

As Soap Substitute: Apply a small amount to the wet or dry skin and gently lather, then rinse with lukewarm water and re-apply as a leave-on moisturiser.

Frequency: Use as often as required throughout the day. There is no strict daily limit, and regular use helps maintain the skin’s barrier function.

General Advice: Always read the enclosed product leaflet before use. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Consult a pharmacist or clinician if the condition does not improve.

Main Functional Ingredients:

• Liquid Paraffin Ph. Eur. – emollient to help soften and smooth dry skin.

• Yellow Soft Paraffin BP – forms an occlusive barrier to reduce moisture loss.

• Cetomacrogol Emulsifying Wax BP (contains cetostearyl alcohol and macrogol cetostearyl ether 22) – helps form the cream structure.

• Glycerine BP – humectant that helps retain moisture in the skin.

• Purified Water EP – solvent base for the formulation.

• Chlorocresol – preservative.

Important Warnings & Precautions

• For external use only. Do not swallow and avoid contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.

• Broken or Infected Skin: Do not use on severely cracked, broken or infected skin unless advised by a healthcare professional.

• Fire Hazard: Contains paraffin — fabrics, clothing and bedding that have been in contact with this product can burn more easily; avoid naked flames, heaters and smoking near recently treated skin or fabrics, and wash clothing and bedding regularly at elevated temperatures to reduce flammability risk.

• Storage: Keep the tube capped and store below 25 °C.
