Description
Healthpoint Heat Aid Pads are air-activated, single-use heat pads that provide effective warming relief for everyday aches and pains including muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness, backache, period pains, strains and sprains.
Once opened, the pad begins warming gradually as it reacts with oxygen, delivering steady heat for comfort and support during daily activities.
Pack size: 2 x 5 packs (typically 10 pads total). (Always confirm exact contents on the outer carton.)
How to Use
Always read and follow the instructions on the packaging.
- Open a sachet only when ready to use (pad is air-activated).
- Remove the pad from the sachet.
- Apply over clothing only: Ensure there is a layer of clothing between the pad and skin to reduce burn risk.
- The pad will warm gradually, reaching full warmth in around 20–30 minutes.
- Time limits: Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.
- To remove, peel away gently and dispose in general waste (single use only).
Safety use tips (important):
- Allow air to circulate; do not apply pressure by sitting/lying on the pad.
- Check comfort regularly and remove immediately if it becomes too hot.

Iron powder, water, activated carbon, wood powder, salt.
(These are not medicinal active ingredients; the product works by heat.)
Side Effects & Warnings
Heat pads can cause burns even at low temperatures if not used correctly.
Do not use:
- Directly on the skin. Always keep a layer of clothing between pad and skin.
- On areas with redness or inflammation, or on bruised, broken or irritated skin.
- While sleeping.
- With creams/lotions or with other heat sources.
- If you have sensitive skin; not suitable for infants and children.
Use with extra caution:
- If you are elderly, physically disabled, or unable to remove the pad yourself: supervise use and check at least every 2 hours.
- If pregnant or diabetic, seek medical advice before use.
Stop use and seek advice if:
- A rash develops.
- The pad becomes uncomfortably hot or causes skin discomfort.
Accidental exposure/ingestion:
- If contents contact eyes/skin, rinse immediately with water.
- Contents can be harmful if swallowed; rinse mouth and seek medical advice immediately.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
