Hedrin Once Spray Gel - 60ml

Hedrin Once Spray Gel is a physically acting head lice treatment designed to eliminate head lice and their eggs (nits) in one 15-minute application. It contains dimeticone to coat and immobilise lice, plus Penetrol® (nerolidol) to help improve targeting of louse eggs.

The spray gel format helps direct the product onto the scalp and hair and spread it from root to tip, including harder-to-reach areas.

Suitable for adults and children from 6 months.

After treatment, a follow-up check is recommended about one week later; if any live lice are found, the treatment can be reapplied. 

Important: Always read the full instruction leaflet before use.

1. Remove the safety clip from under the spray nozzle (if present).
2. Shake well before every use.
3. Use on DRY hair. Cover shoulders with a towel.
4. Hold the spray about 10cm from the hair and apply enough gel to fully cover the scalp and saturate the hair from roots to tips.
5. Work in thoroughly with fingers or a comb so all hair is evenly coated.
6. Leave on for at least 15 minutes (longer if convenient).
7. Shampoo out: apply shampoo directly to the hair before wetting, then rinse. You may need to repeat as the product contains anti-foaming ingredients, so shampoo may not lather readily.
8. Check again after 1 week. If live lice are found, reapply treatment.

• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water.
• Slippery product: baths/shower trays may become slippery during use or rinsing. Clean any residues with detergent and warm water.
• If accidentally spilled, the product may be a slip hazard.
• Do not apply to broken skin.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients; stop use if irritation occurs and seek advice if symptoms persist.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
