Description
Ispaghula Husk Orange Sachets is a gentle bulk-forming fibre laxative used to relieve constipation and help maintain regular, healthy bowel movements.
Each sachet contains ispaghula husk, a natural source of soluble fibre that absorbs water in the bowel, increasing stool bulk and softening stools to make them easier to pass. It helps the bowel work more naturally and is suitable for people who should avoid stimulant laxatives.
Ispaghula Husk is also commonly used to support bowel regularity in conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) where constipation is present. The pleasant orange flavour makes it easy to take as part of a daily routine.
