Loratadine 5mg/5ml Syrup is a non-drowsy antihistamine medicine used to relieve the symptoms of hayfever and other allergic conditions in children and adults.
It contains loratadine, which works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance released by the body during an allergic reaction. Loratadine helps reduce symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy or watery eyes, and skin reactions including hives (urticaria).
The liquid formulation allows for accurate dosing, making it particularly suitable for children or for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets. When taken as directed, loratadine provides up to 24-hour allergy relief.

How to Use
Always use the measuring spoon or cup provided.
Recommended dosage (unless otherwise advised):
- Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 10ml once daily
- Children aged 2–12 years (over 30kg): 10ml once daily
- Children aged 2–12 years (30kg or less): 5ml once daily
Not recommended for children under 2 years.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
