Nicorette Nasal Spray 10 ml is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) stop-smoking aid that delivers a fast, controlled dose of nicotine through the nasal lining to help reduce nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms when stopping smoking tobacco or vaping, or when cutting down the number of cigarettes/e-cigarettes used.

Each 50 µl metered spray contains 0.5 mg of nicotine from a 10 mg/ml solution, absorbed rapidly into the bloodstream via the nasal mucosa — providing quick relief when urges strike.

1. Before First Use: Remove the protective cap and prime the spray by pressing the pump firmly several times until a fine mist appears (as per product leaflet).
2. Administer: Insert the spray tip gently into one nostril, pointing towards the back of the nose, and press the pump once to deliver one spray (0.5 mg nicotine). Repeat in the other nostril if needed.
3. Frequency: For adults and children aged 12 years and over, use 1 spray into each nostril up to twice per hour when cravings occur. Do not exceed 64 sprays in any 24-hour period (equivalent to 2 sprays per nostril each hour).
4. Duration: Use Nicorette Nasal Spray as part of a quit or reduction plan. Typical courses last up to 3 months, with gradual reduction in sprays as cravings lessen.
5. General Advice: Read the enclosed leaflet thoroughly and follow instructions. Seek pharmacist or clinician advice if unsure about dosage or technique.

Important Warnings:

• Age Restriction: Not for use in children under 12 years. Adults and adolescents 12 + can use when quitting smoking or vaping.

• Maximum Use: Do not exceed one spray per nostril twice per hour or 64 sprays per 24 hours.

• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult a doctor, nurse or pharmacist before use; NRT may be safer than continued smoking, but quitting without nicotine is best if possible.
