Each spray delivers 1 mg of nicotine, which is absorbed through the lining of the mouth to provide rapid relief from cravings, often within 30 seconds of use. 1. Prepare Spray: Before first use, unlock and prime the spray by pressing the top down several times until a fine mist appears (check included leaflet for specifics).
2. Administer: Hold the spray close to your open mouth and press the button once to deliver one spray (1 mg nicotine) into the mouth. Do not inhale while spraying to avoid throat irritation.
3. Dose Timing: Use 1 spray when you would normally smoke or vape, or when cravings occur. If the craving is not relieved within a few minutes, use a second spray.
4. Maximum Limits: Do not exceed 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour, or 64 sprays in any 24-hour period.
5. Duration: Nicorette QuickMist is intended for short-term use to support smoking/vaping cessation or reduction. Gradually reduce the number of sprays as your cravings decrease.
6. Avoid Food/Drink: For best absorption, avoid eating or drinking immediately before or after spraying.
