Directions

1. Attach a balloon securely to the nosepiece.
2. Place the nosepiece against one nostril while closing the other nostril with a finger.
3. Blow gently through the nose to inflate the balloon until it reaches approximately the size of a grapefruit.
4. Repeat the process using the other nostril.
5. Dispose of the balloon as instructed after use.

Recommended use

• Typically 3 times daily, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
• Regular, consistent use over several weeks may be required for best results.
