Product Overview
A clinically proven, drug-free device to help adults relieve glue ear and ear pressure by gently equalising middle ear pressure.
Description
Otovent® Adult Autoinflation Device is a clinically proven, non-medicinal medical device designed to help manage glue ear (otitis media with effusion), ear pressure, and Eustachian tube dysfunction in adults.
The device works by using a controlled nasal balloon inflation technique, which helps open the Eustachian tube and equalise pressure in the middle ear. This encourages natural drainage of trapped fluid and may help relieve symptoms such as muffled hearing, blocked ears, popping sensations, and pressure discomfort.
Otovent is widely recommended within UK primary care and ENT services as a first-line, conservative treatment option before considering medicines or surgical interventions.
Key benefits:
- Drug-free and non-invasive ear pressure relief

- Supports natural drainage of middle ear fluid
- Suitable for adult self-use
- Can be used at home
Medical device status: CE-marked medical device
Indications: Glue ear (OME), ear pressure, Eustachian tube dysfunction, flying-related ear discomfort
