Waxsol Ear Drop Solution - 10ml

Waxsol® Ear Drop Solution is a medicated earwax removal treatment designed to dissolve and disperse hardened earwax, helping to relieve blocked ears and restore natural hearing clarity.

Unlike traditional oil-based ear drops that only soften wax, Waxsol contains docusate sodium, a clinically recognised surfactant that actively breaks down earwax, allowing it to flow out naturally. It is widely recommended by UK pharmacists, GPs and audiologists, particularly where earwax is dry, hard or impacted.

Directions

• Wash hands before use.
• Tilt head to one side.
• Instil 2–3 drops into the affected ear using the dropper.
• Gently massage around the ear.
• Keep head tilted for a few minutes to allow the solution to work.
• Repeat for the other ear if required.

Frequency

• Use once or twice daily for up to 3–5 days, or as advised by a healthcare professional.

Important advice

• Wax may temporarily swell before dissolving – this is normal.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a pharmacist, GP or audiologist.

Warnings & Precautions

• Do not use if:
• You have a perforated eardrum
• You have ear pain, discharge or suspected ear infection
• For ear use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not use for longer than recommended without medical advice.

Possible Side Effects

• Mild ear irritation or discomfort (uncommon)
• Temporary stinging sensation
• Rare allergic reactions
