Product Overview
Drug-free Otovent autoinflation device helps relieve glue ear and ear pressure in children. Clinically proven, easy to use, pharmacy recommended.
Description
Otovent® Child Autoinflation Device is a clinically proven, drug-free medical device designed to help manage glue ear (otitis media with effusion) and ear pressure problems in children.
The device works by gently inflating a balloon through the nose, which helps open the Eustachian tube and equalise pressure in the middle ear. This process supports natural fluid drainage and can improve hearing discomfort associated with glue ear.
Otovent is commonly recommended by UK GPs, ENT specialists and audiology services as a first-line, non-invasive option before considering further medical or surgical intervention.
Key benefits:
- Drug-free and non-invasive glue ear management
- Clinically proven to reduce middle ear fluid
- Helps relieve blocked ears and pressure
- Suitable for children who can follow instructions (usually from 3 years+)
- Can be used at home under adult supervision
Medical device status: CE-marked medical device
