Product Overview
Senokot contains Senna/Sennosides which work as a stimulant laxative for the short term relief of occasional constipation. Constipation is a fairly common and uncomfortable complaint.
Description
Senokot® Max Strength Tablets are a stimulant laxative formulated to provide powerful short-term relief of occasional constipation in adults.
Each tablet contains a higher-strength dose of natural senna (sennosides), which works by stimulating the muscles of the bowel to help restore natural bowel movement. Senokot® Max Strength is designed for people who require a stronger laxative option, particularly where standard doses have not been effective.
When taken at bedtime, Senokot® Max Strength typically works overnight, helping to produce a bowel movement by the following morning. The tablets are intended for occasional use only and should not be used as a long-term solution for constipation.
