Instructions for Use:

1. Wash hands before handling tampons.
2. Unwrap a single tampon and ensure the applicator is ready.
3. Gently insert the smooth plastic applicator into the vagina until comfortable.
4. Push the inner tube of the applicator to release the tampon into place.
5. Remove the applicator and dispose responsibly in a bin (do not flush).
6. Change the tampon every 4–8 hours or sooner if fully saturated.
7. Use the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow to minimise risk of irritation and Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

Application Notes:
