Directions:

1. Wash your hands before inserting a tampon.
2. Unwrap one tampon and hold the applicator by the anti-slip grip.
3. Gently insert the tampon applicator into the vagina until comfortable.
4. Push the inner tube of the applicator to place the tampon into position.
5. Remove the applicator and dispose of it responsibly in a bin (do not flush).
6. Change tampons every 4–8 hours or sooner if soaked through. Choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow.
