Instructions:

1. Wash your hands before handling a tampon.
2. Unwrap one tampon and hold the cardboard applicator by the anti-slip grip.
3. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina until comfortable.
4. Push the inner tube of the applicator to release the tampon into place.
5. Remove and dispose of the applicator in a bin (do not flush).
6. Change tampons every 4–8 hours or sooner if saturated.
7. Use the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow.

• Tampons should be changed regularly and never worn for more than 8 hours.
• Use appropriate absorbency relative to your menstrual flow.

• Tampon use is associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious condition. Read the enclosed leaflet and follow instructions carefully.
• Remove tampons immediately and seek urgent medical help if symptoms occur such as sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, fainting, rash or muscle aches, especially if related to tampon use.

Usage warnings:

• Always choose the lowest absorbency needed. Using a higher absorbency than required does not prevent leaks and may increase irritation or TSS risk.
• Do not flush tampons, applicators or wrappers — dispose of them in a bin.
• Keep tampons out of the reach of children.
• Discontinue use and consult a clinician if you experience persistent irritation, unusual discomfort, or signs of allergic reaction.
