Vismed Multi Eye Drops - 10ml

Vismed Multi Eye Drops 10ml are sterile, preservative-free lubricant eye drops containing 0.18% sodium hyaluronate (1.8 mg/ml) to relieve symptoms and signs of dry eye and/or ocular surface damage, without restriction regarding severity.

Sodium hyaluronate is a naturally occurring polymer with viscoelastic and water-retaining properties. On instillation, Vismed Multi helps form a transparent, long-lasting coating on the surface of the eye that is only slowly removed by blinking, providing sustained comfort.

Suitable for lubrication in cases of dryness, burning, ocular fatigue and other minor irritative complaints triggered by everyday factors such as dust, smoke, dry heat, air conditioning, wind, cold, prolonged screen use, or contact lens wear.

For use in the eyes only.

Dose

• If not otherwise advised, instil 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) as often as needed. After blinking, the solution disperses and forms a long-lasting coating.

Step-by-step

1. Tear off the tamper-evident seal before first use.
2. Remove the cap.
3. Tilt head back. Pull down the lower eyelid.
4. Hold the tip above the eye and gently squeeze to release one drop (repeat if required).
5. Blink normally. Replace the cap firmly after use.

Using with other eye products

• Do not use at the same time as other eye medicines/products. Leave at least 15 minutes between different eye products.

Contact lenses

• Vismed Multi may be used while wearing contact lenses (soft or rigid).

In-use period after opening

• The manufacturer’s instructions advise the bottle can be used for a limited period after first opening and then discarded to reduce infection risk (refer to the pack for the exact in-use period). 

Active ingredient (per 1 ml):

• Sodium hyaluronate 1.8 mg (0.18%)

Other ingredients:

• Sodium chloride
• Potassium chloride
• Disodium phosphate
• Sodium citrate
• Magnesium chloride
• Calcium chloride
• Purified water
• (The solution is hypotonic.)

Preservatives: None (preservative-free). 

Do not use

• If you are hypersensitive/allergic to any ingredient.
• If the container is damaged.

Important warnings (to reduce contamination/infection risk)

• Do not touch the tip of the opened container.
• Do not allow the tip to touch the eye or any surface.
• Always replace the cap after use.

If symptoms persist

• If discomfort persists while using Vismed Multi, seek medical advice (pharmacist/optometrist/GP).

Possible side effects (rare)

• Very rarely, transient effects may occur, including local irritation, foreign body sensation, pain, redness, burning, or short-term blurred vision.
• If you experience eye pain, significant redness, worsening symptoms, light sensitivity, or vision changes, stop use and seek urgent advice.

Storage

• Store below 30°C, in a dry place, protected from light. Do not freeze.
• Do not use after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children.
