Getting Started: Creating Your New Account

As part of the transition to our new system, all patients will need to create a new account on the new Fylde Clinic platform.

This helps us provide a more secure and streamlined experience.

The process is quick and only requires completing a short registration form.

Secure Age & Identity Verification

As an online pharmacy, Fylde Clinic is required to follow the regulations set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). As part of these requirements, we have implemented a robust age and identity verification process to ensure that our services are provided safely and responsibly.

To support this process, we have partnered with Yoti, a trusted digital identity provider used by many organisations across the UK. This allows us to securely verify your age and identity when placing your first order on our new platform.

Your verification data will only be stored for up to 28 days on Yoti’s secure servers and will then be automatically deleted. You will only need to complete this verification once when placing your first order on our new website.
