Delivery Policy

At Fylde Clinic, we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive your medication and essential healthcare products safely and on time. Our team works diligently to provide a seamless delivery experience, so you can access the treatments you need without delay.


Order Processing & Despatch

  • All orders are carefully reviewed and approved by our qualified Pharmacist before being despatched.
  • Once approved, orders are shipped the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Delivery to ensure fast and reliable service.
  • Orders placed outside of our operating hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed and despatched on the next working day.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.

Temperature-Controlled Items

Certain medications and healthcare products require strict temperature control during transit to maintain their effectiveness. To ensure these items reach you in optimal condition:

  • £10 shipping charge applies to all temperature-sensitive products.
  • We use specialist insulated packaging designed to maintain a temperature of 2-8°C for up to 72 hours.
  • This packaging includes temperature-controlled gel packs and thermal insulation to protect the integrity of your medication during transit.
  • It is important to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery as soon as possible to avoid any prolonged exposure to external temperatures.

Delivery Areas & Restrictions

  • Our standard delivery service is available across the UK.
  • Some remote areas for e.g. (Northern Islands, Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, etc.)may experience slight delays due to courier limitations.
  • If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

Failed Deliveries & Reshipments

  • If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, they may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel at a local collection point.
  • Temperature-controlled items are non-refundable if delivery fails due to customer unavailability, as we cannot guarantee their efficacy beyond the 72-hour packaging window.
  • If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Refund Policy

At The Fylde Clinic, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we encourage you to review our Returns & Refund Policy below to understand the circumstances under which returns or refunds may be applicable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, all temperature-controlled items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, in some cases, we may accept returns or offer refunds, as detailed below.

Eligible Return & Refund Scenarios

  1. Faulty Weight Loss Treatment Pen
    If the weight loss treatment pen you received is faulty and does not function properly, it will be considered a manufacturer defect. We will replace the pen once it has been inspected, which may take 3-5 working days. Once verified, a replacement will be issued accordingly.

  2. Broken in Transit
    If the pen is damaged during transit, we will accept the return and offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the damaged product, providing photographic evidence where possible.

  3. Medical Disqualification & Order Rejection
    If your order is rejected by our pharmacist due to medical disqualification, we will provide a full refund.

  4. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email within 2 hours of placing the order. We will process the cancellation and refund your payment. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.

  5. General Return Policy
    If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may notify us of your intention to return it within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item, providing you with a total of 28 days to complete the return. Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility, and we cannot refund postage on part orders.

Exclusions Apply

You cannot return the following items unless they are damaged or faulty:

  • Goods that have been mixed after delivery and cannot be separated
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable items (items that naturally deteriorate)
  • Items with a protective seal that has been broken or removed (due to health-protection or hygiene reasons)
  • Medicines, treatments, or services provided on prescription (unwanted medicines should be taken to your local pharmacy for safe disposal)

Legal Rights

This Returns & Refund Policy does not affect your legal rights. You retain the same consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (and any amendments), the Sale and Supply of Goods and Services Regulations 2002, and any other applicable consumer laws.
