Evolve HA Eye Drops 10ml are preservative-free, sterile lubricating eye drops containing 0.2% sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) to help relieve dry eye discomfort such as dryness, grittiness, irritation and tired-feeling eyes.

Sodium hyaluronate is naturally found in the tear film and helps to hydrate, lubricate and support the eye’s surface, improving comfort when your eyes feel dry from common triggers such as screen use, air conditioning, heating, wind, travel or contact lens wear.

Evolve HA is supplied in a preservative-free multi-dose bottle system, designed to combine the convenience of a standard bottle with the benefits of preservative-free drops.

Pack size: 10ml

For use in the eyes only.

• Instil 1 drop into each eye, 2 to 4 times a day, or as directed by your optician/pharmacist.

Step-by-step

1. Wash and dry hands.
2. Remove the cap.
3. Tilt head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid.
4. Hold the bottle above the eye and instil 1 drop.
5. Blink a few times to spread the drop across the eye surface.
6. Replace the cap firmly after use.

Contact lenses: Can be used with contact lenses. If your lenses feel uncomfortable, follow your lens-care advice and seek professional guidance if symptoms persist.

If using other eye products: Leave a gap between products and use as advised by a pharmacist/optician (do not apply different eye preparations at the exact same time).

Do not use

• If you are allergic to sodium hyaluronate or any of the other ingredients.

Stop use and seek advice urgently (pharmacist/optician/GP/111) if you get:

• Eye pain, worsening redness or irritation
• Changes in vision (blurred vision that doesn’t clear, reduced vision)
• Light sensitivity or significant watering/discharge
• Symptoms that persist or worsen despite treatment

Important use warnings

• To reduce contamination risk, do not touch the dropper tip to the eye, eyelid, fingers or any surface.
• Do not share eye drops with others.
• Do not use after the expiry date.
• If you wear contact lenses and irritation continues, consider removing lenses and seek advice (dry eye can have multiple causes).

Possible side effects

• Some people may experience temporary blurred vision immediately after application or mild stinging/irritation. If this does not settle quickly, stop use and seek advice.

Storage

• Store as directed on the carton/leaflet. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
