Each soft gel capsule contains 80 mg of oil from the flowering tops of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) — botanicals with a long historical association with calming support and soothing tension.
Kalms Lavender One A Day offers a convenient once-daily dosing regime, ideal for adults and the elderly seeking gentle and natural support during busy or stressful periods.

How to Use
Recommended Dose – Adults & Elderly (18 + years):
