Product Overview
Nicorette Fruit Lozenges 2 mg 80 tablets help ease nicotine cravings and support stopping smoking or vaping. Discreet, pocket-sized fruity flavour NRT for adults and adolescents 12 +.
Description
Nicorette Fruit Lozenges 2 mg – 80 Lozenges are a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) product designed to help individuals control nicotine withdrawal symptoms and cravings when trying to quit smoking tobacco or vaping, or when cutting down cigarettes/e-cigarettes. Each lozenge contains 2 mg of nicotine, suitable for those who smoke 20 cigarettes or fewer a day or light to moderate vapers.
As the lozenge dissolves slowly in the mouth, it releases nicotine which is absorbed through the oral mucosa — providing a safer source of nicotine than smoking, without tar, carbon monoxide or many harmful chemicals present in tobacco smoke.
Brand: Nicorette (part of the nicotine replacement therapy range, owned by Kenvue, formerly under Johnson & Johnson/licensed in the UK).
Pack Size: 80 lozenges
Strength: 2 mg nicotine per lozenge
Flavour: Fruit (tutti-frutti style)
How to Use
- Place Lozenge: Put one lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly (do not chew or swallow). Move it around the mouth occasionally to help dissolution.
- When to Use: Use a lozenge when you feel a craving or urge to smoke/vape.
- Usual Frequency: Typically 8–12 lozenges per day as cravings occur.
- Maximum Dose: Do not use more than 15 lozenges per day.
- Duration: Continue using until cravings and withdrawal symptoms are controlled. Gradually reduce the number used per day as part of a quit plan. Professional support from a pharmacist or clinician is recommended if needed.
- General Advice: Always read the enclosed leaflet before use and follow all directions and cautions provided.
Nicorette Fruit Lozenges can be used to replace all cigarettes/vapes or to substitute certain cigarettes/vapes if not ready for full cessation, helping to cut down over time.

• Do Not Exceed Dose: Use no more than the recommended number of lozenges per day to avoid excessive nicotine intake.
Common Side Effects
Nicorette Fruit Lozenges can cause effects related to nicotine replacement or the quitting process, such as:
• Mild mouth or throat irritation
• Hiccups or dry mouth
• Nausea or headache
• Taste disturbance or minor gastrointestinal discomfort
• Light-headedness or dizziness
These side effects are generally mild and transient. If effects persist or worsen, speak to your pharmacist or clinician for personalised advice.
Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms
Some symptoms may stem from reduced nicotine intake itself (e.g., irritability, anxiety, restlessness, difficulty concentrating) rather than the lozenge. These are common during quit attempts and should be discussed with a healthcare professional if bothersome.
When to Seek Medical Advice
Stop use and seek urgent help if you experience signs of severe allergic reaction (e.g., swelling, difficulty breathing), chest pain, fainting, or other serious symptoms.
