Product Overview
Minty 2mg nicotine gum to help manage cravings when quitting smoking/vaping or cutting down. For adults and children 12+. Use 1 gum as needed (max 15/day). 105 pieces.
Description
Nicorette® Icy White Gum 2mg is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) used to relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings when you stop smoking tobacco or vaping, when you cut down, or when you can’t/don’t want to smoke or vape (temporary abstinence).
When you chew Nicorette gum, nicotine is released and absorbed through the lining of the mouth, helping to reduce urges without the “buzz” from smoking/vaping. The Icy White formulation also contains ingredients that help remove dental staining, supporting improved tooth whiteness with regular use.
Strength guide
- 2mg is suitable if you smoke 20 or fewer cigarettes a day or are a light to moderate vaper (e.g., vape infrequently or use low-strength e-liquid).
Pack size
- 105 pieces (blister packed).
How to Use
Who can use it
- Adults and children aged 12 years and over.
- Do not give to children under 12 years.
Dose
- Use one 2mg gum as required to relieve cravings.
- Use only one piece at a time.
- Do not use more than 15 gums per day.
How to chew (the chew-and-rest technique)
Nicorette gum is not chewed like ordinary chewing gum. Chew correctly so nicotine is released and absorbed through the mouth.
- Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong.
- Rest the gum between your gum and cheek.
- Chew again when the taste has faded.
- Continue like this for about 30 minutes, then dispose of the gum carefully.
Stopping smoking/vaping (typical approach)
- Use the gum instead of cigarettes/e-cigarettes whenever you feel an urge.
- As soon as you can, reduce the number of gums you use until you stop completely.
If you use too many gums (or smoke/vape while using)
You may experience nausea, vomiting, increased salivation, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, sweating, headache, dizziness, hearing disturbance or weakness. Seek urgent medical advice and do not smoke or vape.
