Panadol Extra Soluble - 24 Tablets

Panadol Extra Soluble – 24 Tablets is a fast-acting pain relief medicine containing paracetamol with added caffeine to enhance pain relief effectiveness.

The soluble tablets dissolve in water, allowing faster absorption compared to standard tablets. The addition of caffeine helps paracetamol work more effectively, making this product particularly suitable for headache and migraine relief.

Panadol Extra Soluble helps relieve:

• Headache and migraine
• Toothache
• Back pain
• Period pain
• Muscular aches and pains
• Fever (pyrexia)
• Cold and flu-related pain

When used as directed, Panadol Extra is gentle on the stomach and suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Dissolve 1–2 tablets in a glass of water.
• Take every 4–6 hours as required.

Maximum dose:

• Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Do not take with other paracetamol-containing medicines.
• Avoid excessive intake of caffeine-containing drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, energy drinks).

Warnings & Precautions

• Are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or any other ingredient.
• Have severe liver disease.
• Are under 12 years of age.

Possible Side Effects

Like all medicines, Panadol Extra Soluble can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. Rarely:
