Canesten AF Dual Action Cream - 30g

Canesten® AF Dual Action Cream 30g is a targeted antifungal treatment that both treats the cause of fungal skin infections and relieves uncomfortable symptoms such as itching, redness, soreness and inflammation.

The cream contains bifonazole, a broad-spectrum antifungal medicine that works by killing the fungus responsible for infection. It also helps soothe irritated skin, providing fast symptom relief while treating the infection at its source.

Canesten® AF Dual Action Cream is suitable for the treatment of common fungal skin infections, including athlete’s foot, ringworm, sweat rash and fungal infections of the groin or body. Its once-daily application makes it a convenient option for ongoing treatment.

• Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and surrounding area.
• Use once daily, preferably at the same time each day.

Typical treatment duration:

• Athlete’s foot: 3 weeks
• Ringworm or body fungal infections: 2–3 weeks

Continue treatment for the full recommended course, even if symptoms improve earlier, to help prevent recurrence.

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin.
• Do not use if you are allergic to bifonazole or any of the other ingredients.
• Discontinue use if severe irritation, redness or an allergic reaction occurs.

Possible side effects may include mild burning, stinging, redness or itching at the site of application. These effects are usually mild and temporary.
